A Story Still Unfolding

Your story is layered.
Your art is sacred.
Your becoming is not behind you — it is gently and continually unfolding.

Hi, I’m Tammy

I’m an artist, a writer, and a woman who has spent most of her life listening for the quiet language beneath ordinary days — the language that appears in scraps of paper, in journal pages, in moments when truth arrives softly and asks to be noticed.

For years, I kept returning to the same discovery:

When words are not enough, art begins to speak.

A brushstroke can hold a feeling we don’t yet understand.
A torn piece of paper can carry memory.
A handwritten line can open a door to something true.

Again and again, creativity became the way I listened to my own life.

And slowly, over time, a map began to appear.

Not a rigid system or a set of steps — but a gentle pattern I could see moving through seasons of change, both in my own life and in the lives of the women around me.

Moments of shadow and listening.
Small glimmers of something beginning.
Threshold seasons when everything feels quietly different.
The courage to speak what is true.
And the quiet radiance that follows when we allow ourselves to live that truth.

I began to understand something simple and profound:

We are always becoming.

And creativity — art, writing, reflection — is one of the most powerful ways we can walk that becoming with awareness and grace.

That realization eventually grew into the work I now share as The Soulful Journey™.

Not as a program to complete or a formula to follow.

But as a path of remembering.

The Work I Share

Through The Soulful Journey™, I create spaces where women can explore their lives through art, reflection, and story.

Some women arrive through a simple journal prompt.
Some through a seasonal guide or email journey.
Some through workshops, retreats, or longer creative pathways.

But at heart, all of this work rests on one quiet truth:

Your life already holds the map.

And creativity is one of the most beautiful ways to read it.

A Little More About Me

I believe in slow mornings with coffee and a journal.
In the power of a single honest sentence.
In art that is imperfect, layered, and deeply alive.

I believe our stories deserve witnesses.

And I believe that midlife is not a closing chapter —
it is a threshold into deeper truth, creativity, and self-trust.

These days you’ll usually find me in my studio surrounded by paper scraps, paints, and half-written pages…listening for whatever story is asking to be told next.

If You’ve Found Your Way Here

Something within you is probably already stirring.

A quiet sense that there is more of you waiting to be discovered.
More creativity.
More truth.
More life that wants to be lived with intention.

If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to walk that terrain by yourself.
