A Story Unfolding

About Tammy Gilley, creator of The Soulful Journey™

Your story is layered.
Your art is sacred.
Your becoming is not behind you — it is gently and continually unfolding.

Hi, I’m Tammy

I’m an artist, writer, midlife creative, and the founder of The Soulful Journey™, a framework for creative and spiritual transformation that guides women through the five-stage Shadow to Light Arc.

The Arc found me in a season when I needed it most — a quiet winter of turning inward, listening more than speaking, trusting more than striving. My first Soul Truth — I am being revealed to myself — arrived like a soft knock on the door, reminding me that becoming isn’t something we chase. It’s something we return to.

As I worked with the Arc in my own life, I began to see it everywhere — in the women around me, in the stories they carried, in the way truth rises slowly, gently, in its own time. What began as my map soon became a mirror for others. A companion. A remembering.

This Space Is for You If…

You’ve lived many seasons — carrying beauty and ache, questions and longings.
You feel something inside you beginning to stir, but you don’t want urgency — you want grace.
You want to create not for perfection, but for presence.
You long for a community that honors both the quiet and the luminous.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to hurry.

You only need to remember —
to let your story speak,
to allow your truth to return,
to trust that your becoming is not behind you…
it’s waiting to be revealed.

An Invitation

I created The Soulful Journey™ not to teach you how to become someone else,
but to walk beside you as you return to the truest parts of yourself.

Whether you come with a paintbrush or a pen, with certainty or curiosity, with longing or with quiet hope, know this:

You are not too late.
You are not too much.
You are not unfinished.

You are right on time.

And your story — your beautiful, layered, luminous story — is still being written, one true breath at a time.
