Hi, I’m Tammy
I'm an artist, writer, journal keeper, and collector of ordinary days.
For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the quiet details people often hurry past—a handwritten note tucked inside a book, morning light spilling across a café table, a weathered ticket stub saved from a meaningful day, the unexpected feeling that an ordinary moment is asking to be remembered.
Creativity taught me how to pay attention.
What began as making art slowly became a way of moving through the world—with greater curiosity, deeper presence, and a growing trust that the smallest moments often have the most to teach us.
Over the years, I've filled journals with paint, paper scraps, photographs, observations, questions, and fragments of everyday life. I've carried art supplies across oceans, documented my travels through handmade books, and slowly discovered that the creative process reveals things long before I have words for them.
Again and again, art has taught me the same quiet lesson:
Pay attention.
Not because every moment is extraordinary.
But because ordinary moments become extraordinary when we truly notice them.
A shaft of morning light.
A conversation that lingers.
A feather on the path.
A page in a journal that says exactly what we didn't know we needed to hear.
The practice of everyday noticing has changed not only the way I make art, but the way I move through the world.
I've come to believe that creativity isn't simply about making beautiful things.
It's about becoming more awake to the life we're already living.
Because our ordinary days are full of stories waiting to be collected.
The Work I Share
Today, I create books, journals, workshops, gatherings, and creative experiences that invite women into the practice of everyday noticing.
Together, we slow down. We pay attention. We collect the quiet moments that so often slip past unnoticed—and discover that they have been telling the story of our lives all along.
Whether we're gathering around The Soulful Table, filling the pages of The Collector's Notebook, wandering with a travel journal in hand, or simply pausing to notice the light on an ordinary Tuesday, the invitation is always the same:
Begin where you are.
Because your life isn't waiting for someday.
