Hi, I’m Tammy

I'm an artist, writer, journal keeper, and lifelong collector of stories.
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the small things people often overlook: a handwritten note tucked inside a book, the morning light across a café table, a ticket stub saved from a meaningful day, the feeling that something important is trying to make itself known in an ordinary moment.
Creativity taught me how to pay attention.
What began as making things eventually became a way of moving through the world.

Over the years, I've filled journals with paint, paper scraps, photographs, observations, questions, and fragments of everyday life. I've carried art supplies across oceans, documented travels through handmade books, and discovered that the creative process often reveals truths long before I have words for them.

Again and again, I've found that art has a way of helping us listen.

Not because we are trying to create something perfect.

But because the page invites us to notice what is already here.

A feeling.
A memory.
A longing.
A truth waiting quietly beneath the surface.

The more I practiced paying attention, the more I began to see that creativity is about far more than making art.

It's about becoming more fully present to our lives.

It's about recognizing that even the smallest moments can hold wisdom, beauty, and meaning.

And it's about trusting that our stories are worth noticing.

The Work I Share

Today, I create books, journals, workshops, gatherings, and creative experiences that help women slow down, pay attention, and explore their lives through art, reflection, and story.
Whether we're gathering around **The Soulful Table**, filling the pages of **a travel journal**, exploring **a seasonal guide**, or simply pausing to **notice a glimmer** in an ordinary day, the invitation is always the same:
Begin where you are.
Because your life is not waiting somewhere in the future.
It is unfolding right here, in this moment.

Beneath all of my work lives The Soulful Journey™—a framework that emerged from years of observing how women move through seasons of change, growth, and becoming.

But the heart of what I share is simple:

A Little More About Me

I believe in slow mornings with coffee and a journal.
I believe in filling books with ticket stubs, handwritten notes, pressed flowers, and memories worth keeping.
I believe that creativity is less about talent and more about attention.
I believe that art doesn't have to be perfect to be meaningful.
And I believe that midlife is not an ending, but an invitation into deeper authenticity, creativity, and self-trust.

Most days you'll find me in my studio surrounded by paper scraps, paint, vintage ephemera, and half-finished journal pages—or planning my next adventure with an empty notebook tucked into my bag.

Because wherever I go, I'm still learning the same thing:

Life is always speaking.

And art is one of the ways I listen.
