Everyday Noticing

New to Everyday Noticing? Begin Here.

What if the life you've been longing for isn't somewhere else?

What if it's already unfolding around youβ€”waiting for you to slow down long enough to notice?

The Everyday Noticing Starter Kit is my free introduction to the practice of paying closer attention to the ordinary moments that quietly shape a meaningful life.

What is Everyday Noticing?

Everyday Noticing is a simple creative practice of paying attention to your life.

It isn't about making beautiful art or filling another journal.

It's about slowing down long enough to notice what has always been thereβ€”the morning light across your kitchen table, the sentence in a book that arrives at exactly the right moment, the ticket stub tucked into your coat pocket, the memory stirred by the scent of fresh bread.

Over time, these ordinary moments become something extraordinary.

They become the story of a life that was fully lived.

Art simply becomes the language we use to collect it.

Begin Noticing

If you've ever found yourself rushing through ordinary days only to realize they slipped by unnoticed, I'd love to welcome you to Everyday Noticing.

This practice isn't about adding one more thing to your life. It's about learning to see the beauty, meaning, and quiet stories that are already thereβ€”waiting to be discovered.

The Everyday Noticing Starter Kit is the perfect place to begin. Over seven days, you'll receive thoughtful guidance, creative inspiration, and simple invitations that help you slow down, pay attention, and begin seeing your ordinary life with fresh eyes. The Everyday Noticing Starter Kit is my complimentary gift to you.

Because something beautiful happens when we start noticing.

We become the collectors of our own lives.

When you're ready to turn everyday noticing into a lasting practice, The Collector's Practice will guide you through thirty days of gentle collecting, reflection, and creative invitationsβ€”so noticing becomes part of who you are, not just something you occasionally remember to do.

Become the collector of your own life in the next 30 days.

What if the next month could change the way you see the rest of your life?

The Collector's Practice is a slow, mindful thirty-day journey into the art of Everyday Noticing. Through quiet reflections, simple collecting invitations, and thoughtful creative practices, you'll begin seeing beauty, meaning, and wonder where you once hurried past.

Day by day, you'll gather the ordinary moments that make up a lifeβ€”not because they are extraordinary, but because they are yours.

Along the way, you'll begin creating something many of us never realize we're missing:
An archive of a life lovingly observed.

Each day includes a short reflection, a simple invitation for noticing, and space to record what you've discovered in your own Collector's Notebookβ€”or any journal you already love.

By the end of thirty days, you won't simply have filled a journal.

You'll have begun a practice you'll return to for years whenever you want to slow down, pay attention, and remember what matters.

Because once you learn to notice differently, you never experience ordinary life the same way again.

Give Your Discoveries a Beautiful Place to Live

As you begin noticing more deeply, you'll naturally start gathering the stories, sketches, photographs, pressed leaves, ticket stubs, and ordinary treasures that quietly become a life.

The Collector's Notebook was created to give those discoveries a beautiful place to live. Thoughtfully designed for Everyday Noticing, it becomes a personal archive you'll return to season after seasonβ€”a beautiful record of the moments that might otherwise have slipped away.

Each notebook is lovingly finished by hand in my studio before making its way to you.

β€œI love the  Collectors workbook.  It’s the perfect size for my backpack. Can’t wait to get started using it.”

A Few Things About Me

Most mornings begin with coffee and a journal before the rest of the world wakes up.

I'm happiest wandering through bookstores, antique shops, museums, and unfamiliar streets with a notebook tucked into my bag. I collect old paper, handwritten letters, vintage photographs, weathered book pages, and the small details that many people walk right past.

I've carried journals across Europe, filled sketchbooks in cafΓ©s, and learned that some of life's most meaningful conversations happen with a paintbrush in hand.

I still believe that creativity can change the way we see ourselvesβ€”not because it helps us escape our lives, but because it helps us return to them.

If our paths cross at The Soulful Table, on a workshop abroad, or through the pages of a journal, I hope you'll feel welcomed exactly as you are.

I'm so glad you're here.
